We, BASS, regard your personal information with utmost importance and fully comply with the Personal Information Protection clause in the Act on Promotion of

Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection and the Privacy Policy instituted by the Ministry of Science and ICT (MSIT).

 

Through our Privacy Policy, we inform you how your personal information is used and protected. Any revisions made to our Privacy Policy will be announced on

our website (or individually messaged) in advance.

 

◎ Purpose of Personal Information Processing

BASS only processes personal information for the following purposes. In the event changes must be made, we will ask for your consent in advance.

1) We process personal information to write inquiry emails.

 

◎ Purpose of Collection and Use of Personal Information

BASS collects the following personal information only to provide services.

 

1) Personal information items: Name, company name, address, phone number, mobile number and e-mail

◎ The period of retention and use of personal information

BASS destroys all personal information immediately upon achieving its purpose. However, we may retain personal information in the event of an ongoing assignment, in which case, the information will be discarded upon completion of that assignment.

◎ Use of Information for Unspecified Purposes and Disclosure of Information to a Third Party

 

A. BASS utilizes your personal information within the scope notified in <Purpose of collection and use of personal information>. And In principle,

personal information will not be used beyond the scope of its intended use or disclosed to outsiders without the prior consent of the provider. However, there are some exceptions.

6) Where it is necessary for executing a punishment, care and custody or protective disposition.

 

C. If personal information is provided to a third party under the provisions of A or B, the third party to which the personal information is being provided, the third party's purpose for using the information, the information to be provided, and the period of retention and use of the person receiving the personal information,

etc., we will inform the data subject.

 

◎ Procedure and method of disposal of personal information

BASS destroys personal information without delay once the purpose of collecting and using it has been fulfilled. The disposal procedure and method are as follows.

 

A. Disposal Procedure

 

After the purpose is achieved, the entered personal information is moved to a separate DB (a separate filing cabinet in the case of paper) and disposed of after being stored for a certain period of time according to the BASS's internal policies and information protection reasons according to other related laws (refer to the retention and use period). Personal information transferred to a separate DB will not be used for any other purpose other than being retained unless it is required by law.

 

Disposal Method

Personal information stored in electronic file format is deleted using a technical method that cannot be reproduced. Paper-based personal information is shredded or burned.

 

◎ How to exercise the rights of information subjects and their legal representatives

Information subjects can inquire or modify their registered personal information and may request deletion.

 

The personal information manager will take action without delay if you contact him by writing, phone, or email regarding queries and corrections.

 

The information subject will not be able to use or provide the personal information until the error has been corrected.

 

Also, if incorrect personal information has already been shared with a third party, we will notify that party without delay of the correction's results.

 

BASS handles personal information that has been canceled or deleted at the request of the information subject, as specified in the 'Period of Retention and Use of Collected Personal Information, ensuring that it cannot be accessed or used in any other way.

 

◎ Installation, operation, rejection, and handling of automatic personal information collection devices

 

We do not store or retrieve information about the usage patterns of our information subjects via 'cookies'.

 

◎ Personal information security measures

BASS takes the following precautions to prevent loss, theft, leakage, alteration, or damage to personal information:

 

1) For preventing information leakage or damage caused by computer viruses, BASS installed security software that is regularly inspected and updated. Our system is monitored, controlled, and monitored technologically and physically in an access-controlled environment.

 

2) Only authorized managers can access personal information through individual accounts, and the managers are regularly trained in security measures to strengthen their security awareness.

In order to remedy any breach of privacy, the information owner may request for resolution of dispute or consultation at the Personal Information Dispute
